  Placed an order then noticed an extra $0.40 upgrade charge. The server said it was the "combo" charge. I looked on the board at the combo price and informed her that, no, it wasn't, the combo price is $8.19. She said it was the charge for the lemonade, that drink costs extra. So I switched to a regular iced tea. Then there was a new $0.40 charged titled "Kaiser." I pointed it out and she looked annoyed then finally got rid of it. Then I completed the order and paid. Sat down and opened my food to find a poorly prepared burger, very sloppy. It was also lukewarm at best. It was somewhat edible, so I ate it. Then I went to eat my Caesar salad to find it with ranch dressing. When I brought it back to exchange it for Caesar salad dressing, the lady told me to wait and seemed annoyed when she had to swap them. Very poorly ran Wendy's. I generally like Wendy's, glad this wasn't my first time there or I likely wouldn't be going back. This location needs to get there stuff together.

  They get high marks for speed. The presentation and the service could use a little work, but overall...a standard Wendy's that moves fast.

  I always come here for their salad and baked potato. Great view and service is good.
